AHMAD DAN BIN SETAFA an HRDF Certified Competent Trainer, has been formally trained and certified as a Professional Image Consultant and holds a Bachelor's in Communication (Corporate Communication), UPM and Diploma in Public Administration, UiTM.
Ahmad Dan has 36 years of experience serving in various government agencies and departments. He has been in the training field for 17 years specializing in protocol and etiquette in official functions, having served in the Ceremonial and International Conference Secretariat Division under the Prime Minister's Department.
Since 2004, Ahmad Dan has been the Protocol Officer in charge of official ceremonies of national and international functions in the Prime Minister's Department. He was the Research Officer carrying out research and advising on various aspects of the protocol in Malaysia.
Ahmad Dan is also competent in preparing speeches, opening address texts and forewords in official program books and souvenir programs and itineraries.

RAIHAN ABDUL RAHMAN is formally trained and certified as a Professional Image and Color Consultant by Top2Toe Styliesta Image Consulting by Emi Idura, in collaboration with Institute of Image Training and Testing International (IITTI), Canada. She is a Certified Professional Trainer by Malaysian HRDF, a Certified NLP Practitioner by National Federation of NLP (NFNLP) and a Certified Master Learning Facilitator. She is a member of Malaysian Associating of Professional Speakers (MAPS) and also a member of Pertubuhan Perunding & Motivasi Muslim Malaysia (TAMRIN).
Raihan graduated from International Islamic University and owns a Bachelor of Business Management. She possesses more than 12 years of experiences as a trainer and has conducted more than 500 programs in customer service, corporate image, communication, and business etiquette.
Raihan adopts a very participative approach in her trainings, using attractive visual aids and concise, informative training sessions while stressing on hands-on group activities to impart knowledge and skills.

Zalina Mohd Yusoff better known as ZALEA YUSOF received her certification as a Certified Professional Image Consultant from the Academy of Professional Image Consultant. She is also a Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) Certified Trainer. Experience in developing and enhancing professional image, social and business ethic, customer service, communication, and corporate business writing.
Received her education in Management, specialization in Marketing from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya. She began her career as a Customer Service Executive at a banking institution. Her dedication and professionalism have earned her "Best Customer Service Staff" award for 4 consecutive years.
While in the telecommunications sector, the "Best Branch" award was won by the branch she led. She was then entrusted to manage and train staff in most of the organizations in her career. In 2001, her team was given the opportunity to serve the Yang di-Pertuan Agong and Raja Permaisuri Agong at a corporate event sponsored by the largest telecommunications company in Malaysia.
She was appointed as a spokesperson, with the responsibility for training and providing clients with team services for various prestige events attended by famous countries. These include the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA), the International Telecommunications Products and Services Exhibition and more.
Zalea finally decided to focus on training after receiving extensive exposure for nearly 20 years in her career. Among her clients are; Prime Minister's Department, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Health, Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad, Celcom Berhad, Public Mutual Berhad, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Southern Bank Berhad (now known as CIMB Bank), Islamic University of Malaysia, International Islamic University and more.

(ACCEPT). She is a DISC Profile Analyst certified by UTM Space and Fine Academy.
Baia, presently a Ph. D Candidate (Wireless Communication), University of Malaya (UM), graduated with Master Sc. In Telecommunication & Information
Engineering and Bachelor Degree (Honors) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology MARA.

She is a certified first level in professional image, business protocol and dining etiquette from Institute of Image Training and Testing International (IITTI) Canada and Certified Trainer (HRDF). Norma is well-versed in protocols and etiquette.
Norma has sound knowledge in corporate training and excellent management skill. With her extensive experiences, she is very committed to coach others in corporate communication, interpersonal skills, protocol, and other communication-related areas. Norma sessions are always in interactives learning techniques which involved games and skills which she believes is a key to a powerful and permanent transformation and learning. MC. NAZS (MOHAMAD NAZRI BIN DAUD), a PSMB Certified Trainer, is a Certified Professional Image Consultant, CPIC by Akademi Perunding Imej Profesional (APIP) and a Certified Fine Dining Consultant (CFDC) by Academy Communication Etiquette and Protocol (ACCEPT). He is trained as a trainer in Train the Trainer (TTT) and Platinum Alumni of Richworks Academy, Malaysia and a Certified ESQ Public Speaking by ESQ Way 165 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
His expertise and full-time career are in emceeing for various events and being a corporate MC (or emcee/master of ceremony) he plays a crucial role in the success of any corporate events held.

AZUAN EFFENDY B. ZAIRAKITHNAINI . Berkelulusan MA in International Law & World Order , University of Reading, United Kingdom (2010), Bachelor of Law UIAM (2003) dan Diploma of Public Management, National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN), (2004). Dari segi kelayakan profesionalnya, beliau di terima masuk sebagai Peguambela dan Peguamcara di MahkamahTinggi Malaya (2004). Beliau mempunyai pengalaman selama 2 tahun sebagai PTD di Kementerian Dalam Negeri. Seterusnya pada 2006, beliau mula bertugas di Istana Negara sebagai Penolong Datuk Paduka Maharaja Lela dan mulai 2011, beliau dilantik sebagai Pemangku Datuk Paduka Maharaja Lela hingga kini.

MOHD HANAFIAH BIN MOKTAR. Berkelulusan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Kejuruteraan Mekanikal, Universiti Teknologi Tun Hussein Onn (UTHM), berjawatan
Ketua Penolong Setiausaha, Pegawai Tadbir dan Diplomatik, Bahagian Istiadat dan Urusetia Persidangan Antarabangsa, Jabatan Perdana Menteri.
Beliau mempunyai pengalaman selama 9 tahun sebagai penjawat awam dan swasta di berbagai Agensi.

SOPHIAN BIN AB RAHMAN kini menjawat sebagai Penolong Datuk Paduka Maharaja Lela di Istana Negara memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda Teaching English as Second Language (B.Ed TESL) di Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Pada tahun 2005, Sophian telah dilantik sebagai Penolong Pengarah di Bahagian Matrikulasi, Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia (KPM). Sophian memulakan kerjaya sebagai seorang Pegawai Tadbir dan Diplomatik (PTD) pada tahun 2007 dan telah ditempatkan di Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN) Bukit Kiara sebagai Penyelaras Program di Unit Diploma Pengurusan Awam (UDPA), INTAN bagi melatih PTD lantikan baru di dalam Kursus Diploma Pengurusan Awam (DPA).
Di atas kecemerlangan dan dedikasi beliau di dalam kerjaya yang diceburi, pada tahun 2010, Sophian telah dicalonkan di bawah Program Cross Fertilization anjuran Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) dan telah dilantik sebagai pegawai pinjaman di Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) sebagai Ketua Unit Perhubungan Antarabangsa di Jabatan Pengurusan Korporat DBKL selama 2 tahun.

PUAN SHARIFAH SALWA ABDUL KARIM is the manager and consultant of Infunity Learning. She is experienced in facilitating programs like English Communication, Entrepreneurship for organizations and learning institutions.
Puan Sharifah Salwa has an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Portland, USA. She began her career as an engineer. She later furthered her studies and obtained a Master’s in Business Administration. Having an interest in learning she later set up a learning company and her involvement in the learning industry began.
Puan Sharifah Salwa began conducting learning in English Communication since 2007. Having a passion for the teaching of English Language, she took a ride in the journey of learning herself in Diploma in TESOL (Teach English for Speakers of Other Language). She also regularly conducts English classes.
Apart from English Language programs, she conducts various entrepreneurship programs. She is one of the Smart Entrepreneur Mentor for Bistari Young Entrepreneur (a subsidiary of the Johor Corporation) since 2010. She is a Professional Learning Facilitator (Mastery) from Take Charge Sdn Bhd, a member of Professional Muslim Trainers (TAMRIN) and a Certified Trainer from the Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia. She is also a part-time lecturer at Islamic International University Malaysia in Pagoh, Johor.

MUHAMMAD FAHMI BIN MD SABRI, a lecturer specializing Food and Beverage Services and Restaurant Operation in Politeknik Merlimau Melaka, has been formally trained and certified as a Dining Skills Consultant CDSC by ACCEPT and holds a Bachelor Science (Hons) in Hotel Management, Universiti Teknologi Mara UiTM and a Diploma in Hotel Management, UiTM.
He has been in the training field for over 12 years specializing in F&B as well as hotel and hospitality services. Having served in the various hotel industries prior to his present post, his experience ranging from supervisory to training in the hospitality industry.
Presently, he is now a Trainer for Worldskills Malaysia Belia (WSMB) in Food and Beverage Service for Team Politeknik Merlimau Melaka. He is also one of the panel members for developing National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS), Level 2 and 3 for Food and Beverage Operation.
With his knowledge and skills in the field, he was regularly invited as a judge in Food and Beverage Service Competition, and to name a few :

He has delivered the speech to the various government agencies, private sectors and non-governmental organization. He is also a Fellow of Commercial Management Institute (UK), Member of Institute of Commercial Management (UK) and a Cerified Trainer registered with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB).
