This 3-day 2-night advanced program, a continuation of our Basic Event Management Course conducted in May, focuses on applied protocol practices, cross cultural executive dining etiquette, and event management strategies.

The Lanjutan level invited participants to think critically through case studies, practical simulations, and hands-on tasks. I’m truly encouraged by their active participation, professional insights, and team collaboration throughout the sessions.

My sincere appreciation to KESEDAR and the Trainer Provider I-Smart Global for the opportunity and trust to deliver this meaningful program once again.

It’s always fulfilling to see participants grow in confidence, grace, and professionalism.
