Understanding cyber threats in the digital workplace Safe handling of confidential data and communication Recognizing phishing, malware, and social engineering attacks Best practices in password security and device protection Digital professionalism and responsible online behaviourIt was indeed a full day of interactive sharing, real-life case discussions, and practical tips to strengthen digital awareness among today’s professional secretaries.
The session concluded with an assessment exercise, allowing participants to apply their learning and demonstrate their understanding of cybersecurity protocols in daily office operations.
